Members should be aware of changes in the processes of most of the major flight providers and airlines in the UK for anyone travelling to mainland Spain or the islands.

With immediate effect passengers will be required to provide API (Advanced Passenger Information) at the time of booking a flight, this includes full passport details of each person travelling.

To enable us to process your flight booking quickly and efficiently we ask that you have the relevant information, preferably the individual passports, available at the time of your call.

Flight pricing is a live function and prices can only be confirmed once all the booking information is provided, therefore any delays in completing a booking due to missing data may ultimately lead to higher prices

At this time we should clarify that not all flight providers are requesting this information prior to travel however, we anticipate that it will become an accepted industry practice within a very short space of time. Our aim is to protect our members from any unnecessary delays when making their flight booking and to ensure that you each obtain the most competitively priced and suitable flight for your holiday destination.
