"To deliver memorable holiday experiences serviced to standards that consistently exceed customer expectations"
The Club La Costa mission statement is not just words - we are working to make it happen!
In March 2003 Club La Costa achieved certification of its Quality Management System to ISO 9001:2000 by the BSI (British Standards Institute) within the resorts of Marina del Sol, California Beach, Las Farolas and Benal Beach of Marina Del Sol Management S.L.U
The certification was later extended to include the activities of the entertainment department, in addition to achieving another certification within the La Taberna, Sunset and Zacary's restaurants of Picadily Investments, S.A.
The international quality standard ISO 9001:2000 is recognised as the foremost measure of a company’s reliability, consistency and commitment to supplying quality products or services.
The BSI Kitemark is the world’s premier symbol of trust, integrity and quality. Companies having this associated with their product or service will reassure customers that they have satisfied the most rigorous of quality processes.
Club La Costa have proven that the standard of its services meets the strict requirements of ISO 9001:2000, the most stringent, client-orientated quality management system in the world.
Club La Costa are now a business partner of BSI, and are entitled to display the BSI logo alongside the Club La Costa name.
BSI carry out an annual assessment to ensure that Club la Costa continues to improve.
This quality management system will eventually be extended to other Club La Costa resorts and restaurants, illustrating our commitment to the client.
